Good day, I have been with the policy now approx. 2 years, my car broke down in the Karoo with engine trouble, The agents said its going to take two week to fix the car, Mutual and federal told me they cant help me with a courtesy car only if I where in a accident, im stuck here with no transport nothing. Will it be beater just to push you car in front of a truck just to get the friendly service from Mutual and federal, if your car brakes down or been in a accident doesn’t mater, you will be stuck for to weeks and be with out transport on holiday.

I took MF via brokers, my claim was successful but with kinda stories. Now I requested an Agreement Of Loss for about 4 weeks now. do I really have to involve my lawyer for such thing? whats the holdup Maharaj?
